It can be used on its own, not as an interlining so it's ideal for reducing cost, increasing product performance and supporting the environment
-
Durable & reversible, it contains thirsty Zorb® 3D fibers between a face and back of 70% bamboo and 30% organic cotton
-
CPSIA certified, meeting stringent standards by the U.S. Consumer Products Safety Commission on lead and phthalates and flammability.
-
All Zorb fabrics are super absorbent by virtue of their knitting construction; they are not made with SAP (super absorbent polymers), so their super absorbency lasts for the lifetime of the fabric.
-
All Zorb fabrics are designed with the ability to exponentially increase their absorbency; use multiple layers of Zorb to supercharge your products' absorbency.

Engineered to meet exacting USA requirements, this is the highest quality-assured organic fabric on the market.
Superior Technology for Super Absorbency
Begin creating your product as soon as your fabric arrives. There’s no need to wash or dry your fabric to activate the absorbency, thanks to our Ready-AbZORB technology. Ready-AbZORB also reduces shrinkage by 60% to 80%.
Our fabric can absorb ten times its weight in under two seconds and soaks up 20 times faster than other materials like bamboo, cotton, or hemp knits.
Two layers of Bamboo Dimple LITE fabric will replace six flannel layers, four French terry layers, and three layers of fleece. Our dimple pattern is 3D and uniquely engineered to retain, hold, and distribute moisture while not leaking under compression.
SILVADUR Antimicrobial
Are you looking for a fabric that still smells fresh despite a bit of sweat? Meet SILVADUR Antimicrobial, the technology that does just that, eliminating odor and keeping you from getting sick by preventing the growth of bacteria, algae, and fungi.
Do you have sensitive skin? Don’t worry! We tested SILVADUR on bamboo, cotton, and polyester. We treated the fabrics several times with ten times the recommended amount to be extra safe. No skin sensitivities or allergies were detected.
Ideal Uses
Do you work out a lot? Are you nursing your baby? Have a beloved pet to care for? You can use our Bamboo Dimple LITE for all that and more.
Use our fabric for activewear, bed liners, bibs, burp cloths, cage liners, cloth diapers, diaper inserts, dish mats, dog diapers, face masks, fitness wear, menstrual pads, mop pads, nursing pads, period panties, pet beds, pet potty pads, towels, washcloths, and yoga towels.

Important Notice about Natural Fiber Fabrics:
The attributes of natural fiber fabrics such as bamboo, cotton, and organic cotton can be influenced by various factors including the specific type of fiber used, the plant or tree from which it was harvested, and the unique properties of the soil. Despite the weight of the fabric remaining constant, its tactile sensation and perceived thinness can vary. This is largely dependent on the fullness of the yarn, which is dictated by the inherent characteristics of the fiber.
Fabric Weight: 340 GSM / 10 ounces per square yard
Fabric Width: 59" - 62" wide / 149 cm - 157 cm wide
Fabric Thickness: 0.050 inch /- 10%

Approx. Shrinkage (Width): 5 to 6%
Important Note about Shrinkage
All natural fiber knits will shrink further. Percent shrinkage has been tested in a controlled lab. It may vary under different wash/dry conditions and from batch to batch. It is recommended to test shrinkage on a small piece first and then pre-wash whole yardage at the setting that your finished stitched item will be washed.
Approx. Stretch (Length): 5%
Approx. Stretch (Width): 20%
UPF Rating: 50
☀️
Important Note about UPF Ratings:
Ultraviolet Protection Factor (UPF) indicates how much UV radiation (both UVB and UVA) a fabric allows to reach your skin. For example, a UPF 50 fabric blocks 98 % of the sun’s rays and allows 2% (1/50th) to penetrate, thus reducing your exposure risk significantly. A UPF 30 fabric blocks 97% of UV rays and allows roughly 3% of UV transmission. UPF 15 indicates that the fabric blocks roughly 93% of UV rays and allows about 7% of available UV radiation to pass through.
UPF 10 to 30 = Fair Protection
UPF 30 to 50 = Good Protection
UPS 50 = Excellent Protection

❗
Important Note about Absorbency in 3D & 4D Zorb fabrics:
These fabrics are designed to be absorbent and made without the use of any chemicals during manufacturing. Our Ready-AbZorb process helps eliminate the need for pre-washing for absorption and also reduces the shrinkage. However the fabrics are made in large batch sizes on industrial machines and sometimes the fabric may not absorb as desired from when you receive it, or sometimes after cutting and sewing. In such cases, we recommend running the fabric through a hot wash and medium dry cycle; this will help remove any handling residues and activate the super absorbent fibers that might have been affected by handling.
